Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is what we value the most and we always aim at giving the best quality to our customer through multi-level quality checks.

Certain pointers for our customers:

  1. Color reproduction varies on every digital screen and hence allow a slight variation in  color between what you receive and what you see online.

  2. You may request for additional information/details before purchasing by contacting us on, though every possible information is already available on our website.

  3. Embellishments in fabrics /sarees may have a tendency to come off at very rare cases inspite of utmost care.

  4. We generally recommend dry cleaning of all our  products.

What can be returned?

  1. Fabrics/Sarees with weaving defects or damages

  2. You received a different product from what you ordered

  3. A vast difference between  the image and the actual product

Any such issues are to be reported to us within 5 days  from the date of delivery,post which they automatically do  not qualify for returns.

How to return?

Write to us at with your order number, reason for return and supporting pictures. Once the management approves, you may return the product in as-received condition.

The fabric/saree should be unused & unwashed with all tags intact.


Incase of  damages, we would try to replace the product if available. When out of stock, we shall  refund the product cost to your account from which the payment was made. Please  allow us 7-10 working days from the date of approval of refund,for processing the same.

Alternatively, you may opt for store credit which has no expiry and can be used at your next purchase.

Products purchased on SALE do not qualify for returns/refunds.
